What we’re seeking:
- Active state license required as a Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP)
- Prior experience in school-based settings is a plus
- Commitment to providing both direct and consultative/indirect services for students
- Strong communication skills and ability to engage collaboratively with educators, parents, and advisory teams
- Flexibility to work onsite locally, travel in, or potentially in a virtual/hybrid capacity
Role responsibilities:
- Deliver direct therapy to students as outlined in IEPs and 504 plans
- Perform assessments, evaluations, and develop individualized treatment goals
- Offer consultative support to teachers, families, and educational teams
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation for student progress and compliance
- Participate in case conferences and interdisciplinary meetings, contributing insight and advocacy for students
