Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) - Slaton, TX

You’ll work a consistent schedule, Monday through Friday, from 7:30 AM to 4:30 PM, alongside a dedicated team of professionals in a welcoming setting near Slaton, TX.
You’ll share a caseload of 60-85 students in collaboration with other experienced SLPs. Enjoy mentorship, hands-on support, and daily opportunities to grow your expertise while helping students access their education more fully.
Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
- Current Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP)
- Valid license to practice as an SLP in Texas (or eligibility to obtain)
- Experience working with school-age children across Pre-K to 12th grade preferred
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Collaborative mindset and the ability to contribute to a multidisciplinary team
Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive speech and language assessments of students
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
- Manage and document student progress within shared caseloads
- Participate in IEP meetings and collaborate with educators, parents, and support staff
- Foster a positive, inclusive environment for students to achieve communication goals
