Pediatric School Speech Language Pathologist - Silver Spring, MD

Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
- Active state licensure as an SLP
- ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC’s) or Clinical Fellowship (CF) in progress
- Experience or strong interest in working with pediatric populations within a school setting
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
Responsibilities:
- Conduct assessments, develop individualized treatment plans, and provide direct therapy for students with speech, language, and communication disorders
- Collaborate with teachers, special educators, and families to support students’ educational goals
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation in compliance with district and state requirements
- Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to the multidisciplinary team process
- Utilize evidence-based practices to ensure effective interventions and positive student outcomes
