Desired Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
- Current or eligible ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) or Clinical Fellowship (CF)
- Active state SLP license or ability to obtain before start date
- Strong oral/written communication and organizational skills
- Experience working with pediatrics or within school settings preferred
- Commitment to evidence-based practices, individualized interventions, and teamwork
Primary Responsibilities:
- Conduct assessments and develop Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) for students with speech-language needs
- Deliver therapy individually and in small groups, targeting articulation, language, fluency, and social communication
- Collaborate with teachers, special educators, and families to support carryover of skills
- Participate in team meetings and provide consultation as needed
- Maintain accurate documentation and comply with all federal, state, and district policies
