- Skilled in developing and delivering speech and language therapy services
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and documentation abilities
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive assessments of students’ communication abilities
- Develop individualized speech-language therapy plans aligned with IEP goals
- Deliver direct therapy services, both individually and in group sessions
- Collaborate closely with teachers, administrators, and families on student progress
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation in accordance with school and state requirements
- Participate in team meetings and support general education efforts for inclusive practices
