Qualifications & Preferred Experience:

- Previous work in a school setting is strongly preferred
- Experience supporting students at elementary, middle, and/or high school levels
- Solid understanding of IEP development and implementation
- Strong communication, organizational, and collaboration skills
Core Responsibilities:
- Conduct assessments, develop treatment plans, and deliver evidence-based therapy to students with speech and language challenges
- Maintain accurate records and contribute to IEP meetings with insights and recommendations
- Partner with teachers, support staff, and families to provide comprehensive student care
- Develop and share resources or activities that promote communication skills within the educational environment
- Monitor student progress and adjust interventions as needed for optimal success
