- Solid understanding of IEP development, implementation, and progress monitoring
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills
- Ability to adapt strategies for diverse student populations and collaborate with faculty, families, and administrators
Key Responsibilities:
- Evaluate, diagnose, and treat speech, language, and communication disorders in students
- Develop and implement Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) and monitor student progress
- Collaborate with teachers, staff, and families to create supportive learning environments
- Maintain accurate documentation and adhere to all compliance and confidentiality standards
- Participate in student support meetings, staff development, and campus initiatives
