School Speech Language Pathologist - Shingle Springs, CA

Qualifications and Preferred Experience:
- Active and current California SLP license required
- Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) preferred
- Previous school-based SLP experience is advantageous
- Familiarity with SEIS and California school systems is highly desirable
- Experience with varying caseload sizes; flexibility to adapt assignments as needs shift throughout the semester
- Willingness to supervise SLPAs and Clinical Fellows on-site
- Must be comfortable traveling between assigned locations across the district
- Commitment to onsite services; remote/virtual services are not available for this assignment
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide speech and language therapy services to students with mild to moderate—and occasional severe—disabilities
- Travel across multiple school sites, potentially changing locations periodically
- Assess, diagnose, and develop individualized treatment plans
- Collaborate closely with teachers, staff, and families to support student progress
- Offer supervision and mentorship to SLPAs and Clinical Fellows as needed
- Complete all documentation and reporting requirements efficiently using SEIS or similar systems
