Speech Language Pathologist in Placerville, CA

The district will confirm your primary site assignments in May, but flexibility is key, as you may support different schools throughout the semester. Desired qualifications and experience include:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
- Valid California SLP license (CCC strongly preferred; Clinical Fellows and SLPAs are encouraged with onsite SLP supervision available)
- Experience working in school settings, with preference for CA Schools and SEIS documentation systems
- Willingness and ability to travel between schools within the county
- Comfort with caseloads ranging from mild/moderate to occasional severe needs, variable in size
- Dedication to collaborative, onsite service delivery—remote options are not available
Key responsibilities:
- Provide speech and language evaluation and therapy for students in PreK-12
- Develop and implement IEPs for a broad spectrum of communication needs
- Collaborate with teachers, parents, and colleagues to support overall student achievement
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation using SEIS or similar systems
- Supervise CFs and SLPAs as needed, fostering growth and excellence within the team
