Pediatric School-Based Speech Language Pathologist | Sherwood, Arkansas

Qualifications:
- Active Arkansas SLP license required
- Valid Arkansas Teaching Certification
- Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) preferred
- Experience in school-based therapy or pediatric care highly valued
- Excellent communication, organizational, and collaboration skills
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide direct speech and language therapy to students as outlined in Individualized Education Programs (IEPs)
- Conduct comprehensive assessments and assist in eligibility determinations
- Participate in the development, implementation, and review of IEPs
- Collaborate with teachers, staff, and families to support academic achievement and address communication needs
- Maintain accurate documentation of evaluations, progress notes, and IEP goals
- Foster a supportive, engaging, and inclusive learning environment for all students
