Pediatric Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) - Columbus, IN
A full-time speech-language pathologist is needed for a contract position in Columbus, Indiana, supporting students from PreK through 8th grade, with a focus on PreK to 3rd-grade learners. This role offers the opportunity to work closely with a diverse student population of 63 children, providing essential speech and language therapy services. The contract begins January 5, 2026, and extends through the end of the school year, with full-time hours of 35 or more per week.
Responsibilities:
- Deliver speech and language therapy services to students across PreK-8th grade, primarily serving younger children in PreK to 3rd grade
- Develop individualized treatment plans based on student needs and assessments
- Collaborate with educators, parents, and other team members to support student progress
- Maintain accurate documentation and progress reports in compliance with school and state guidelines
- Participate in meetings and professional development sessions as required
Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
- Indiana state licensure in Speech-Language Pathology
- Experience or interest in working with pediatric populations and in educational settings preferred
- Completion of Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) desirable
- Certification of Clinical Competence (CCC) is advantageous
