Desired Qualifications:

  • Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
  • Active SLP-CCC and eligibility for Wisconsin state licensure
  • Previous experience in school-based settings preferred
  • Expertise in providing evaluation, diagnosis, and therapy for diverse age groups and speech-language disorders
  • Ability to effectively manage a caseload of approximately 38-40 students and coordinate with multidisciplinary teams
  • Strong communication, organizational, and documentation skills

Essential Responsibilities:

  • Deliver direct speech-language therapy to students in varied school settings, tailoring interventions to individual needs
  • Conduct assessments and develop individualized educational plans (IEPs)
  • Monitor and document student progress, maintaining thorough and accurate records
  • Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other service providers to support student growth
  • Attend staff meetings, IEP meetings, and professional development sessions as required
  • Participate in school-wide initiatives fostering inclusive practices and student well-being
