Desired Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
- Active SLP-CCC and eligibility for Wisconsin state licensure
- Previous experience in school-based settings preferred
- Expertise in providing evaluation, diagnosis, and therapy for diverse age groups and speech-language disorders
- Ability to effectively manage a caseload of approximately 38-40 students and coordinate with multidisciplinary teams
- Strong communication, organizational, and documentation skills
Essential Responsibilities:
- Deliver direct speech-language therapy to students in varied school settings, tailoring interventions to individual needs
- Conduct assessments and develop individualized educational plans (IEPs)
- Monitor and document student progress, maintaining thorough and accurate records
- Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other service providers to support student growth
- Attend staff meetings, IEP meetings, and professional development sessions as required
- Participate in school-wide initiatives fostering inclusive practices and student well-being
