School-Based Speech Language Pathologist - Seymour, Wisconsin
A fulfilling opportunity is available for a dedicated Speech-Language Pathologist eager to make a difference in educational settings. This full-time contract role spans from August 31, 2026 to June 3, 2027 and will serve a diverse range of students from elementary through high school. The position is onsite and offers a dynamic caseload of approximately 38-40 students, supporting their speech and language development in a supportive school environment.
Key Qualifications:
- Active licensure and certification as an SLP-CCC
- Prior experience in a school-based speech and language setting preferred
- Proficiency with assessments, therapy planning, and IEP development
- Comfortable managing a mixed-age caseload across elementary, middle, and high school
- Strong communication and collaboration skills with students, staff, and parents
- Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct speech and language assessments in accordance with school protocols
- Deliver individualized and group therapy sessions, aligned with IEP goals
- Maintain detailed records, progress notes, and relevant reports
- Participate actively in IEP meetings and collaborate on intervention plans
- Support teachers and families with strategies to maximize student progress
- Uphold ethical and professional standards within the school community
