School-Based Speech Language Pathologist - Seneca Falls, New York

- One long-term substitute SLP position for the entire school year
- One long-term substitute SLP position from September 2 through November 20
- One full-time speech therapist role
Desired Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Disorders
- Current or eligible New York state SLP license
- ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) or ability to work as a Clinical Fellow (CFY)
- Previous experience working with children in school settings is a plus
- Strong communication, collaboration, and documentation skills

What You’ll Do:
- Deliver speech and language therapy services and interventions to students
- Conduct assessments and develop individualized education plans (IEPs)
- Collaborate with teachers, support staff, and families to monitor and support student progress
- Maintain accurate records and documentation according to school and state guidelines
- Provide both direct and consultative services, adapting therapy techniques to student needs
- Participate in meetings, trainings, and school-wide activities as a vital resource for student success
