Desired Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
- Current or pending state licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist or eligibility for the Clinical Fellowship Year (SLP-CFY)
- Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (SLP-CCC) preferred, but not required for CFY candidates
- Previous experience in a K-12 school setting or with pediatric caseloads is highly valued
- Strong communication, organizational, and documentation skills
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver speech-language assessment, diagnosis, and intervention for students with communication disorders
- Collaborate with teachers, support staff, and families to promote student success
- Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs)
- Maintain accurate records and progress reports in compliance with school and state requirements
- Participate in IEP meetings and multidisciplinary team discussions
