Speech Language Pathologist in Auburn, NY

- Long-term substitute for the entire school year
- Long-term substitute assignment from September 2, 2026, through November 20, 2026
- Full-time school-based speech-language therapist
Desired Qualifications:
- Valid Speech-Language Pathology license or eligibility in New York
- SLP-CCC, SLP-CFY, or equivalent credentials welcomed
- Experience supporting students in a K-12 school environment is preferred
- Strong collaboration, organization, and communication skills
- Compassionate, patient, and committed to helping students achieve their best
- Ability to design, implement, and document therapy and intervention plans effectively
Primary Responsibilities:
- Screen, assess, and diagnose speech, language, and communication disorders
- Develop and deliver individualized and group therapy in a school setting
- Collaborate with teachers, administrators, and families to promote student growth
- Maintain thorough, timely documentation of services and student progress
- Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to goal development
- Support students across diverse grade levels, tailoring interventions as needed
