Qualifications & Experience:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Disorders
- Valid state license or eligibility for licensure as a speech-language pathologist
- Certification in Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) or completion of Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY)
- Familiarity with Individualized Education Plans (IEPs), assessment, and intervention in school settings
- Strong communication skills and flexibility in working with diverse student populations
- Previous school experience preferred, but enthusiastic new graduates are encouraged to apply
Responsibilities:
- Provide comprehensive speech and language services to students
- Conduct screenings, assessments, and develop/implement IEPs
- Collaborate with educators, families, and multidisciplinary teams to promote student success
- Maintain clear documentation and progress reporting
- Support students in developing effective communication and social language skills
- Deliver both individual and group therapy as needed
