Qualifications & Experience:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
- Active SLP-CCC licensure
- Previous experience in a school-based setting preferred
- Strong assessment, intervention, and documentation skills
- Excellent communication and collaboration abilities
- Passion for supporting students’ communication development
Responsibilities:
- Deliver speech and language therapy to students in individual and group settings
- Conduct comprehensive assessments and maintain accurate records
- Develop and implement Individualized Education Plans (IEPs)
- Collaborate with educators, families, and multidisciplinary teams
- Provide consultation and resources to staff and caregivers
- Track student progress and participate in eligibility and IEP meetings
- Remain current on best practices and compliance with educational regulations
