Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans for students with speech, language, and communication disorders
- Deliver targeted therapy sessions that foster engagement and progress
- Collaborate with educational teams to monitor student development and outcomes
- Maintain accurate records and documentation in compliance with school policies and state/federal regulations
- Educate and support teachers and families on strategies to reinforce therapeutic progress in the classroom and at home
