Three Speech-Language Pathologist positions are available—two full-time roles (37.5 hours/week) and one part-time (4 days/week)—serving elementary and high school students. Qualifications and Desired Experience:
- Valid Washington SLP license required
- ESA certification (Educational Staff Associate)
- SLP-CCC credentials
- School-based SLP experience preferred
- Must have completed fingerprinting process through OSPI
- Experience working with elementary or high school populations
- Strong assessment, intervention, and communication skills
- Ability to collaborate with educators, families, and other specialists
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct speech-language assessments and develop individualized intervention plans
- Deliver therapeutic services to students in group and individual settings
- Consult with teachers, parents, and multidisciplinary teams regarding students’ progress
- Maintain timely, accurate documentation and IEP compliance
- Support positive outcomes for students with a variety of communication disorders
- Participate in school meetings, staff development, and professional learning
