School-Based Speech Language Pathologist | Poulsbo, Washington

Key Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
- Current Washington SLP License and Educational Staff Associate (ESA) Certification
- Previous fingerprint clearance through OSPI (or willingness to complete)
- Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) from ASHA required
- Experience with school-aged populations in an educational setting
- Strong collaboration and communication skills
Primary Responsibilities:
- Provide speech and language therapy to caseloads at assigned school sites (elementary or high school)
- Conduct evaluations and design individualized plans (IEPs) to address student objectives
- Collaborate with teachers, support staff, and families to maximize student outcomes
- Maintain accurate documentation, progress reports, and records as required by district guidelines
- Participate in student support teams, training sessions, and professional development
