A Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) or Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) clinician is needed for a travel assignment in Seaford, Delaware, supporting early intervention services within a school setting. This position offers a full-time schedule of 35 hours per week, with consideration for part-time applicants. The role begins as soon as possible, with a targeted start date of June 26, 2026.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide comprehensive speech-language therapy to early intervention students, addressing assistive technology, augmentative communication, social language skills, articulation, voice, oral-motor function, feeding, and delays in receptive and expressive language development.
  • Conduct diagnostic and evaluation assessments as appropriate.
  • Generate clear, detailed reports based on student assessments and clinical observations.
  • Develop and maintain Individualized Education Program (IEP) objectives tailored to student needs.
  • Collaborate effectively with parents, peers, and other professionals to discuss student progress and intervention strategies.
  • Demonstrate comfort and experience working with early intervention populations, including those with moderate to severe challenges.

Qualifications:

  • Must hold, or be qualified to hold, a Delaware state license for Speech-Language Pathology.
  • Prior experience working with students who have moderate to severe disabilities is highly desirable.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a collaborative mindset.
  • Ability to remain flexible and creatively problem solve in diverse clinical scenarios.
