- IVP fingerprint clearance card
- NPI (National Provider Identifier) number
- Completion of or eligibility for Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY), or CCC (Certificate of Clinical Competence)
- Experience working in school settings is highly valued
- Strong communication, documentation, and collaboration skills
Responsibilities:
- Evaluate and assess students for speech, language, and communication disorders
- Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs)
- Provide direct therapy and consultation services within the school setting
