Desired Qualifications:
- Valid Arizona Speech-Language Pathology license
- Arizona Department of Education (DOE) certification
- Current IVP fingerprint clearance card
- Active National Provider Identifier (NPI) number
- Experience with school-aged populations or related clinical experience (SLP-CCC, SLP-CFY, or relevant school-based SLP background)
- Strong documentation and communication skills
- Commitment to ethical practice and team collaboration
Primary Responsibilities:
- Provide direct speech and language therapy services to students within the school setting
- Develop and implement individualized education programs (IEPs)
- Conduct speech-language screenings and comprehensive assessments
- Collaborate with teachers, parents, and multidisciplinary teams
- Maintain timely and accurate documentation of assessments, progress, and therapy sessions
- Participate in meetings and student support planning as needed
