Qualifications & Desired Experience:
- Holds or eligible for a Speech Language Pathologist license (state requirements apply)
- SLP-CCC or SLP-CFY status
- Experience working with school-aged children in educational settings is highly valued
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
- Ability to develop and deliver individualized education plans (IEPs)
- Eager to work with both elementary and high school populations
Responsibilities:
- Assess, diagnose, and treat students with communication, language, and speech disorders
- Write and implement effective IEPs tailored to each student on your caseload
- Collaborate with teachers, families, and multidisciplinary teams for student success
- Monitor progress, adjust interventions as needed, and maintain thorough records
- Advocate for students’ communication needs across diverse academic and social settings
