Pediatric Speech Language Pathologist in Schertz, TX

Desired Qualifications:
- Valid and active Texas SLP license (required)
- Clinical Certification (CCC-SLP) or eligible CFY completion
- Experience working in pediatric and school-based settings is preferred
- Knowledge of K-12 developmental stages and speech-language needs
- Strong communication, organization, and collaboration abilities
- Bilingual candidates are welcome; additional language proficiency will be evaluated as part of the vetting process
Role Responsibilities:
- Provide comprehensive speech-language services to K-12 students as assigned
- Conduct assessments, develop individualized treatment plans, and implement intervention strategies
- Monitor student progress, maintain accurate records, and participate in IEP meetings
- Work collaboratively with educators, families, and other school professionals to support student success
- Adapt approaches and materials for diverse learners and needs within your caseload
- Support a positive school culture that encourages student growth and inclusion

- Hours: 37.5 per week
- Schedule: Monday through Friday
