Qualifications:
- Valid state licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
- ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) or eligibility for Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY)
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to collaborate with educators and families
- Experience in pediatric or school settings preferred, though all dedicated candidates are welcome to apply
Responsibilities:
- Deliver assessments, diagnoses, and targeted therapy to students with speech, language, and communication needs
- Develop and implement customized treatment plans to promote student success and participation
- Document progress and maintain thorough records in compliance with school and state guidelines
- Collaborate closely with other school professionals, parents, and caregivers to support each child’s individual goals
- Participate in Individualized Education Program (IEP) meetings and contribute to team-based decision-making
