Pediatric School Speech Language Pathologist - Schenectady, New York

Qualifications and Experience:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology required
- Valid state licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist
- ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) or Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) eligible
- Experience working with pediatric populations or within school settings preferred
- Strong communication, collaboration, and organizational skills
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver speech and language therapy services to students, following IEP goals and objectives
- Conduct assessments, develop treatment plans, and maintain detailed documentation
- Work one-on-one and in small groups to address articulation, language, fluency, voice, and pragmatic skills
- Partner with teachers, administrators, and parents to track progress and adapt interventions
- Attend IEP meetings and participate in school-based support teams as needed
