Key Qualifications:
- Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
- ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) or eligibility to complete Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY)
- Current state licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist
- Demonstrated experience or strong desire to work in pediatric and school-based settings
- Excellent interpersonal, collaborative, and organizational skills
Primary Responsibilities:
- Conduct evaluations and assessments to identify students’ speech and language needs
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to support academic and social development
- Provide direct therapeutic interventions in both individual and group settings
- Collaborate with teachers, parents, and multidisciplinary team members to optimize student outcomes
- Maintain comprehensive documentation in accordance with state and district requirements
- Participate in IEP meetings and contribute expertise to educational planning
