Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Sciences and Disorders
- Current state licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist
- Completion of ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) or Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY)
- Background or interest in pediatric therapy within a school setting
- Strong communication, collaboration, and documentation abilities
- Flexibility to adapt to diverse caseloads and student needs
Responsibilities:
- Evaluate, diagnose, and implement therapy plans for students with speech, language, communication, and swallowing disorders
- Deliver individualized and group therapy sessions in accordance with IEP goals
- Maintain thorough and up-to-date documentation of student progress
- Collaborate with educators, families, and multidisciplinary teams to support student development
- Attend and participate in IEP meetings, parent conferences, and professional development activities
- Provide guidance, education, and resources to staff and caregivers as needed
