Pediatric Speech Language Pathologist in Albany, NY

Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology is required
- Active state licensure to practice as a Speech-Language Pathologist
- ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) or eligibility for Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY)
- Demonstrated experience or interest in working with pediatric populations in educational settings
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and collaborative skills
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver speech and language therapy services to students with a broad range of communication needs
- Conduct assessments, develop individualized education plans (IEPs), and maintain accurate documentation
- Collaborate with educators, families, and multidisciplinary teams to promote students’ communicative success
- Monitor and communicate student progress, providing support and adjustment of therapy approaches as needed
- Foster an inclusive environment that supports the growth and well-being of every student
