What you bring:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
- State licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist
- ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) or eligibility for a Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY)
- Experience or strong interest in supporting pediatric speech and language development
- Collaborative spirit and excellent communication skills
What you’ll do:
- Assess and identify students’ speech, language, and communication challenges
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
- Collaborate with teachers, parents, and multi-disciplinary teams to foster student success
- Monitor progress and adapt strategies to maximize student outcomes
- Deliver therapy services in accordance with established school goals and individualized education plans (IEPs)
- Maintain accurate documentation and support compliance with state and federal guidelines
