Qualifications & Desired Experience:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Disorders
- Active or eligible state SLP license
- Current Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (SLP-CCC) or Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) status
- Experience or strong interest in working with elementary-aged children
- Knowledge of IEP processes and experience in school-based settings is a plus
- Strong communication, collaboration, and organizational skills
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct speech, language, and hearing screenings and assessments
- Develop, implement, and review individualized therapy plans based on student needs
- Deliver direct and consultative therapy services across a diverse caseload
- Collaborate with teachers, families, and other educational staff to support student progress
- Maintain thorough documentation and contribute to IEP development and meetings
- Participate actively in school-based teams and professional development opportunities
