School Speech Language Pathologist - Saugerties, NY

What We’re Looking For:
- Active Speech-Language Pathologist license with CCC required
- Experience or strong interest in early childhood/preschool settings
- Ability to thrive in a flexible, multi-site schedule (full time preferred; part time considered)
- Excellent communication, documentation, and organizational skills
- Commitment to evidence-based, child-focused therapy
- Comfort adapting to caseload size fluctuations as enrollment increases
What You’ll Do:
- Deliver speech and language therapy to students ages 3-5
- Manage student caseloads at one school per day, alternating as assigned
- Provide approximately 10 sessions/day (Pine Plains), scaling up to 43 sessions/week (Mt. Marion) as needed
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
- Maintain accurate records, progress reports, and IEP documentation
- Collaborate with teachers, families, and multidisciplinary staff to promote student growth
- Foster positive, supportive learning environments
