Step into a rewarding contract opportunity supporting early childhood learners as a Speech-Language Pathologist! This role involves working across two school sites, each dedicated to serving children ages 3-5. Rather than splitting your time between locations each day, you'll spend full school days at a single campus and rotate as needed—no midday travel required.
We’re seeking a passionate SLP with a Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) who is ready to make a meaningful difference. The preferred schedule is full-time, with responsibilities balanced between both schools, but part-time candidates are also welcome.
What You’ll Contribute:
- Deliver speech and language therapy sessions to preschool-aged students
- Provide 10 sessions per day at one site (up to 40 per week), and up to 43 sessions per week at the second (session counts will grow as enrollment increases)
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
- Collaborate with staff, families, and multidisciplinary teams
- Maintain thorough records and contribute to IEP meetings
- Monitor student progress and adjust therapy approaches as needed
Bring These Skills/Experience:
- Valid SLP licensure and ASHA CCC required
- Experience in educational settings, ideally with early childhood (ages 3-5)
- Strong communication skills with young children, staff, and parents
- Adaptability to serve two school communities and adjust to growth in caseload
- Proven ability to work independently and manage scheduling across locations
