Qualifications & Desired Experience:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
- Active state licensure and ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP)
- Previous experience with pediatric and school-based caseloads preferred
- Comfortable working with students from Pre-School to 12th Grade
- Strong collaboration and communication skills
- Ability to create supportive, engaging interventions for diverse learners
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide comprehensive speech and language therapy services to K-12 students
- Conduct assessments, develop individualized education plans (IEPs), and maintain accurate documentation
- Collaborate with teachers, special educators, administrators, and families to support student progress
- Deliver direct and indirect therapy, adapting strategies for each age group and learning level
- Monitor student outcomes and adjust treatment plans as needed
