Preferred Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Communication Sciences and Disorders or Speech-Language Pathology
- Holds, or is eligible for, SLP-CCC credentials; recent graduates and those seeking Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) are also welcome to apply (supervision may be available)
- Licensed or able to obtain state licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Previous school-based or pediatric experience is a plus, but not required
Primary Responsibilities:
- Provide direct therapy and diagnostic services to elementary-aged students with communication disorders
- Create individualized education plans (IEPs) and maintain timely documentation
- Collaborate closely with teachers, parents, and a multidisciplinary team to support student success
- Participate in team meetings and professional development sessions
- Track student progress and adapt therapeutic approaches as needed
- Contribute to a positive, inclusive school culture focused on student growth
