Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
- Active Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP)
- State SLP licensure (or eligibility to obtain)
- Recent experience providing speech therapy in schools
- Strong knowledge of IEP processes and documentation
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and organizational abilities
- Commitment to fostering inclusive, positive learning environments
Responsibilities:
- Deliver individualized and group speech therapy services to a diverse student population
- Conduct assessments, develop treatment plans, and evaluate student progress
- Collaborate with teachers, counselors, and families to integrate speech strategies into the classroom
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation for IEP meetings and progress notes
- Participate actively in school-based teams to support student success
- Educate and empower staff and parents regarding speech and language development
