School-Based Speech Language Pathologist | Santa Rosa Beach, Florida

Desired Qualifications:
- Valid FL DOH Provisional SLP License is required to start
- Previous experience in a school-based role is highly preferred
- Comfortable working on-site (virtual/remote is not an option)
- Willingness to complete FL-based fingerprinting and credentialing
- Keen ability to collaborate with educators, families, and administrators
What You’ll Do:
- Deliver evidence-based speech and language therapy to students
- Develop, implement, and monitor IEP goals in partnership with school teams
- Communicate regularly with caregivers and teachers to maximize outcomes
- Contribute to multidisciplinary meetings, sharing insights and progress
- Maintain compliant documentation and timely data for all services provided
