Qualifications:
- Valid California license or eligibility as a Speech-Language Pathologist
- Credentials as an SLP-CCC or SLP-CFY
- Previous experience in school settings or with pediatric populations preferred
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and organizational skills
- Passion for helping students overcome communication barriers
Responsibilities:
- Conduct evaluations and develop individualized education plans (IEPs) for students
- Deliver direct and consultative speech-language therapy services
- Maintain thorough, accurate documentation and progress notes
- Collaborate with educators, parents, and interdisciplinary teams
- Monitor and adjust therapy goals based on student progress
