Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Communication Sciences and Disorders or a related field
- Valid licensure or eligibility for licensure in California
- Accepting SLP-CCC and CFY candidates
- Strong clinical skills with a commitment to evidence-based practices
- Experience with school-aged populations preferred
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and organizational abilities
- Positive, proactive attitude and a passion for helping students succeed
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct initial and triennial assessments to determine students’ strengths and needs
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
- Provide therapy to a diverse caseload of elementary and high school students
- Collaborate with teachers, staff, and families to maximize student progress
- Maintain thorough documentation for student records and IEP meetings
- Participate in school multidisciplinary teams and professional development opportunities
- Adapt therapy strategies to meet the unique needs of each student
