Pediatric Speech and Language Pathologist - Santa Clarita, CA
A Contract Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) with a Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) is needed in Quartz Hill, CA to provide services to K-12 students in an onsite school setting. This full-time opportunity runs from ASAP through June 5, 2026, offering consistent weekdays without travel demands.
Responsibilities include:
- Assessing, diagnosing, and treating speech, language, and communication disorders in students from kindergarten through 12th grade
- Collaborating with educators and staff to develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs)
- Maintaining detailed documentation on student progress and compliance with school policies
- Providing direct therapy services exclusively onsite during regular school hours
Qualifications:
- Valid SLP licensure with CCC credential
- Experience working with pediatric and school-aged populations
- Strong understanding of educational protocols and ability to work independently within a school environment
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
Location and Schedule:
- Quartz Hill, CA
- Monday through Friday, 37.5 hours per week
- One school site with no travel between locations
