Exciting opportunities are available for two Speech and Language Pathologists to support students in a welcoming educational environment near Santa Clara, CA. These full-time contract roles begin in late November and continue through the end of the current school year, providing meaningful service to elementary and middle school students.

What we’re looking for:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
- Active California SLP license or eligibility
- Previous experience in a school setting (elementary or middle school experience preferred)
- Ability to collaborate effectively with teachers, support staff, and families
- Strong organizational, communication, and documentation skills
- Commitment to inclusive practices and individualized student care
Key responsibilities:
- Assess, diagnose, and treat speech, language, and communication disorders in K-8 students
- Develop and implement Individualized Education Programs (IEPs)
- Consult regularly with teachers, staff, and family members to monitor progress and adjust interventions as needed
- Provide direct therapy services, both individual and group, tailored to student needs
- Maintain timely documentation in compliance with school and state requirements
- Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to multidisciplinary teams
