School Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) | Cupertino, California

We are seeking two dedicated professionals to fill contract roles beginning in late November and running through the end of the school year. These full-time positions offer the opportunity to make a direct, positive impact on elementary and middle school students.
Key Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
- Valid California SLP license (or eligibility for licensure)
- Previous experience in a school setting preferred
- Strong communication, collaboration, and organizational skills
- Comfortable managing caseloads with students in grades K-8
- Commitment to fostering a positive and inclusive learning environment
Core Responsibilities:
- Assess and identify students with speech, language, and communication needs
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans and IEPs
- Collaborate with teachers, families, and multidisciplinary teams to support student progress
- Provide direct therapy sessions, group interventions, and classroom strategies
- Maintain accurate documentation and progress reports
- Participate in IEP meetings and contribute expertise to student planning
