Speech Language Pathologist in Santa Ana, CA

Required Qualifications:
- Active California SLP license (CA SLP)
- Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP), or Clinical Fellow Year (CFY) in progress
- Experience in school-based settings or pediatric healthcare preferred
- Strong understanding of Individualized Education Programs (IEPs)
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Passion for working with children and supporting their communication development
Key Responsibilities:
- Assess and diagnose speech, language, and communication disorders among school-aged children
- Develop and implement individualized therapy plans based on IEPs and student needs
- Collaborate with classroom teachers, parents, and multidisciplinary teams to ensure holistic student progress
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation of evaluations, sessions, and progress reports
- Participate in IEP meetings, contributing expertise and recommendations to help students thrive
- Foster a welcoming and supportive environment for students and their families
