Qualifications and Preferred Experience:
- Active California Speech-Language Pathology (SLP) license required
- ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) or eligibility for Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY)
- Experience in school-based settings, pediatrics, or healthcare environments preferred
- Familiarity with conducting assessments, writing IEPs, and delivering therapeutic interventions
- Strong organizational, interpersonal, and communication abilities
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive speech-language assessments and interpret results for students
- Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) and therapeutic goals
- Provide direct therapy services to students with diverse communication needs
- Collaborate effectively with teachers, support staff, and families
- Maintain accurate records and contribute to student progress reports
