Pediatric School Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) | Santa Ana, California

As an experienced Speech-Language Pathologist, you’ll support K-5 students by identifying and addressing their communication needs through evidence-based interventions—whether onsite or via teletherapy solutions.
Key qualifications:
- Valid California SLP license (required)
- Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) or Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) eligibility
- Experience supporting pediatric populations, especially within school settings
- Teletherapy experience a plus
- Comfortable collaborating with general and special education teams
Primary responsibilities:
- Deliver direct speech and language therapy to K-5 students in alignment with IEP goals
- Conduct screenings, assessments, and progress monitoring
- Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to comprehensive plans for students’ speech-language growth
- Maintain accurate documentation, reports, and recommended intervention records
- Consult teachers and families to integrate speech strategies into class routines and home support
- Utilize virtual platforms when providing teletherapy to ensure continuity of care
