Play a vital role in supporting student learning and communication as a full-time speech-language pathologist serving kindergarten through 8th grade students. This contract opportunity is located close to San Tan Valley, AZ, with a flexible schedule of four days per week, totaling 30 hours. With a focus on both on-site and virtual service delivery, two days per month are available for remote work, offering a great balance of in-person and work-from-home flexibility.
Required Qualifications:
- Arizona SLP license and current print card
- Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (SLP-CCC) preferred
- Demonstrated experience working with pediatric and school-aged populations
- Strong knowledge of assessment, intervention, and school-based service delivery
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide comprehensive speech-language evaluations and write clear, actionable reports
- Develop and implement individualized therapy plans for K-8 students in various school settings
- Partner with teachers, other professionals, and families to support each student’s academic and social success
- Deliver both direct and consultative speech-language services, adapting to a diverse caseload
- Maintain thorough and timely documentation to ensure compliance with school and state requirements
