A contract SLP position is available in San Tan Valley, AZ, supporting two educational sites with a combined 40-hour workweek. This role offers a unique opportunity to contribute across different age groups and settings within the school environment.
Responsibilities include:
- Providing speech-language pathology services at Copper Basin K-8 (40% of time) and the Early Childhood Learning Center (60% of time).
- Managing a caseload of approximately 68 students at the K-8 site, including 15 medically fragile/MOID students.
- Serving around 65 students at the preschool site, balancing caseload distribution with support from an additional SLP.
- Collaborating with educators and support staff to develop and implement individualized treatment plans tailored to student needs.
- Monitoring progress and adjusting therapy approaches to ensure effective communication development.

- Certification and licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist.
- Experience working with diverse student populations, including medically fragile children.
