- Experience providing speech and language services in a school setting preferred
- Strong collaboration and communication skills
Key responsibilities:
- Assess, diagnose, and provide direct therapy for students with speech, language, voice, or fluency disorders
- Develop and implement Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) in collaboration with educators and caregivers
- Maintain detailed and accurate records of assessments, interventions, and student progress
- Consult with teachers, parents, and school staff to support student success within academic and social environments
- Participate in multidisciplinary meetings and professional development activities
- Adapt therapy approaches to meet the varied needs of students across grade levels
