An exciting opportunity is available for a Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to support students from PreK through 8th grade in a full-time, onsite role within a school setting in Yuma, AZ. This contract position spans the academic year from August 3, 2026, to May 26, 2027, with a typical caseload that will be finalized based on student needs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide comprehensive speech and language therapy services to a diverse caseload of students ranging from PreK to 8th grade.
  • Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other school staff to develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs).
  • Conduct assessments, diagnose speech or language disorders, and document progress.
  • Maintain compliance with all district and state regulations to ensure the highest standard of care.

Qualifications and Experience:

  • Valid Arizona SLP License.
  • Arizona Educator Certification in Speech-Language Pathology.
  • IVP Fingerprint Clearance Card.
  • Experience working with PreK-8th grade populations preferred.
  • Strong knowledge of school-based speech-language pathology practices including SLP - CCC credentials.
  • Effective communication and organizational skills.

Location: Yuma, AZ (Onsite only)
