Desired Qualifications:
- Active California Speech-Language Pathology (SLP) License required
- SLP-CCC and strong experience working in school settings
- Extensive prior experience as a school-based SLP in California preferred
- Bilingual in Spanish highly preferred, but all qualified candidates will be considered
- Comfortable providing both direct services and conducting comprehensive assessments for diverse caseloads
- Flexibility to adjust to school site assignments and caseloads as determined
Primary Responsibilities:
- Deliver direct speech-language therapy services to students at assigned school site(s)
- Perform assessments, develop IEP goals, and collaborate with educators and families
- Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings, providing expertise and recommendations
- Maintain thorough documentation in accordance with district and legal standards
- Cultivate positive relationships with students, staff, and families
