What we’re looking for:
- Valid Speech-Language Pathology license for California
- ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP), or eligibility
- Previous experience working in school settings with K-12 students
- Strong communication, collaboration, and organizational skills
- Ability to implement individualized education plan (IEP) goals effectively
As a key team member, responsibilities will include:
- Providing direct speech and language therapy services to students, including assessment, intervention, and progress monitoring
- Participating in the development and review of IEPs in collaboration with educators, families, and related service professionals
- Maintaining detailed records and documentation in accordance with district and state requirements
- Supporting students from a variety of linguistic and cultural backgrounds
- Offering consultation and education to staff and families on communication disorders and strategies for student support
- Engaging in school-based meetings and professional development as required
This position offers compensation in the range of $55-$65 per hour, reflecting your expertise and commitment to student growth.
