We're hiring a dedicated Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) for a full-time, on-site school-based position in San Jose, CA for the 2026-2027 school year. This opportunity will support a high school population and offers a manageable caseload within a collaborative educational environment.
Position Details
• Full-Time – 37.5 Hours Per Week
• 2026-2027 School Year
• On-Site Position
• High School Caseload
• Grades 9-12
• Caseload Not to Exceed 50 Students
• Student Population Includes Mild/Moderate and Moderate/Severe Needs
• CCC-SLP and Clinical Fellows (CFs) Encouraged to Apply
Responsibilities
• Provide speech and language evaluations and therapy services
• Develop and implement IEP goals and individualized treatment plans
• Collaborate with teachers, families, and multidisciplinary teams
• Monitor student progress and maintain accurate documentation
• Participate in IEP meetings and provide recommendations for student success
• Support students' communication, social-pragmatic, and academic development
• Deliver services aligned with district and state special education requirements
Qualifications
• Master's Degree in Speech-Language Pathology
• Active California SLP License or eligibility to obtain licensure
• CCC-SLP preferred
• Clinical Fellows (CFs) will be considered
• School-based experience preferred
• Strong communication, organizational, and collaboration skills

Compensation for this position ranges from $45.53 to $72.53. Eligible candidates may also receive healthcare benefits, housing, and meals/incidentals.
