Elementary Speech Language Pathologist in Inyokern, CA

Qualifications and Experience:
- Active state licensure and ASHA certification (CCC-SLP) or eligibility required
- Prior school-based experience, especially with elementary populations, preferred
- Familiarity with IEP processes and educational documentation
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Enthusiasm for working with children in an educational setting
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct assessments and create individualized therapy plans for elementary students
- Deliver engaging, evidence-based therapy sessions to support receptive, expressive, and pragmatic language development
- Collaborate with teachers, parents, and multidisciplinary teams to ensure student success
- Maintain accurate records and contribute to IEP meetings
- Offer guidance and strategies to classroom staff and families for supporting carryover of skills
- Maintain compliance with all school and state policies for service delivery
