Desired Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
- Active SLP-CCC certification in good standing
- Current licensure (or ability to obtain) as an SLP in California
- Experience providing therapy services in a school or pediatric setting
- Strong understanding of elementary early intervention techniques and best practices
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and organizational skills
- Passion for supporting diverse learners and tailoring interventions to individual student needs
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive speech and language assessments for TK-5th grade students
- Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) in collaboration with school teams and families
- Provide direct, evidence-based therapy to students with varying degrees of communication challenges
- Maintain accurate documentation of student progress, service logs, and required reports
- Participate in IEP meetings, staff meetings, and ongoing professional development
