Qualifications:

  • Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
  • Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) from ASHA required
  • Valid California SLP license (or ability to obtain prior to start)
  • Experience working in K-12 educational settings is highly desirable
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills

Responsibilities:

  • Assess, diagnose, and treat speech, language, and communication disorders for K-12 students
  • Develop and implement individualized therapy plans
  • Collaborate closely with teachers, families, and special education staff
  • Maintain accurate student records and progress documentation
  • Attend IEP meetings and contribute as an essential team member
  • Educate caregivers and provide resources for at-home support
